I recently purchased a new JX 35 and my wife and I absolutely love this car. This is our 4th Infiniti in the last 12 years but the first one that we purchased from Salerno Duane Infiniti. He's made me wish I could go back in time and buy the previous 4 models from them as well. The reason why I'm saying this is because this was the most pleasurable car buying experience I've ever had. This company and it's representatives just "get it". They make you feel so important that you don't want to go anywhere else to even look for a car because the value is second to none! Their employees walk around the dealership with this " is their anything else I can do to make you happier attitude" and I'm ecstatic that I found a company that I know is going to stand behind their product and me for as long as I continue to deal with them. I am always received as a friend and they treat me accordingly. I had to have a side mirror cover replaced. They had the part in stock but had to send it out to be painted (bright red) and thought it accordingly. I had to have a side mirror cover replaced. What can I say Perry Snitkin made my shopping experience wonderful and extremely easy..I lost base with Perry for a month and out of nowhere he sent me an email as a courtesty follow up.. My husband and I bought our Infinities here a few years ago and could not be happier with our service. We have consistenly recieved service that exceeds our expectations. We don't often have service requirements other than routine maintenance but when we do require it the job is well done, and done quickly. This is my third lease with the dealership. My first two leases were handled by David Zarillo who was wonderful and make the entire process easy and efficient. My current experience introduced me to Steven leases were handled by David Zarillo who was wonderful and make the entire process easy and efficient. My current experience introduced me to Steven and Art and they were absolutely fantastic. Steven worked with me every step of the way through the financials and was always prompt on returning calls and most pleasant. Art recognized that I was pretty familiar with the car but he still took time to make sure I didn't have any questions or clarifications needed about those features that I have had in my past vehicles. He did very thoroughly focus on the new features and gave me idess and suggestions for how to best use them. Overall, I return to Salerno Duane because anyone I have worked with in the past or currently is professional, honest and courteous. More
