And to go one step further...my father originally walked out with a new FX37 (he had just turned in his last one)and decided on the way home he wanted the M37 instead! Well, Art made it happen! No questions asked. He took back the FX and got him into the M and even gave him a loaner car for the few days it took to re-do all the paperwork.
