I just leased a JX35 and the whole experience was the easiest I've had in 20 years of buying cars. I knew which vehicle I wanted and sent an email to several dealers. When it came time to pick up the car, I let him know that I would have my 2 kids with me (on a school night) and needed to move quickly though the closing process. He and Steven Waldner in the Finance office had everything ready to go and we were out of there in less than an hour - including time for my kids to enjoy some hot chocolate, sign all the paperwork, return my existing lease, setting up the bluetooth, and get a demo of the the car's features. Kevin even found an allen wrench to take the key ring off my old set of keys and put it on the new ones - that's attention to detail! More

The service we have received from Art Blenner and the Infiniti team exceeded our expectations. We purchasd a car on 12/31 and had plans for New Years Eve.
