Well this is my third vehicle from Salerano and Duane Infiniti of Denville and once again was a great experience. On another note you also have the best service department I have ever used, Allie and Sue are the best and really work together like a Team. 90K service on my Gcoupe was done efficiently and graciously at reasonable price and included loaner vehicle. I was kept up to date on service work and car was ready when promised. Don and Kevin are two of the best guys you can deal with when buying a new car. They took the time to answer every one of my questions and did not put pressure on me to buy. I had routine service and warranty work done on our 2008 Infiniti M35x on two separate days in January 2013. Allie, Susan, Hector, Craig and all other employees with whom we came in contact were courteous Infiniti M35x on two separate days in January 2013. They did the work that they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Overall, the pleasant facilities and the friendly and attentive staff make the normally unwelcome task of "taking the car in for service" an actual pleasure. I have had experience at three different Salerno dealerships, and have been pleased each time with the attention to detail, the quality of work, and the professional and efficient staff.
