Got my 2nd Infiniti Just leased my 2nd Infiniti from the same dealership. The sales man who got me my first lease wasn't there anymore so I ended up getting the car from Just leased my 2nd Infiniti from the same dealership. The sales man who got me my first lease wasn't there anymore so I ended up getting the car from Kevin. I didn't see Kevin until the day I actually got the car. We both communicated through e-mail because it was more easier and comfortable for me. I ask him a question and he replies back with an answer right away. Usually other dealerships, they call you everyday and try to make you come in so they can play with you. Kevin was different. He never called me nor asked me to come in first to get the exact number for the lease. So after I got the numbers I walked into the dealership and came out with new car on the same day. It was very fast because they do all their paper work electronically. Also Steven Walder, the finance manager was very nice too. He wasn't pushing me to buy any unnecessary add ons or warrantys.I have few Infiniti dealerships around my town but I got my both Infiniti from this dealership. It's well worth of 1hr drive! More

"Great" doesn't even begin to describe my experience at Salerno-Duane. I wish there was an "Outstanding" option!! Kevin was such a pleasure, from the very first time I walked into the dealer experience at Salerno-Duane. I wish there was an "Outstanding" option!! He was always available when I had a question, was so easy to talk to, and definitely went far and beyond what I ever expected. It took months for me to finally make up my mind and he was always there with a smile and assurance that whenever I was ready he would be there. If there was an award for Most Patient, Kevin would win it hands down! I never felt any kind of pressure, only enthusiasm to get me into the car I'd been wanting for so long. He got the deal to work out exactly as I wanted. Jorge Rodriguez the GM is a world class gentleman. They didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot so her found my car from another dealer in NJ pulled it into inventory and delivered it to me on time and exactly as promised. Very straight forward I would advise everyone to lease from this dealership because they hide nothing from you. More
I leased an Infiniti about 3 years ago, and as my lease neared it's end, Andy Glick, my sales rep, called me and asked if I was interested in a new car. I was. He was extremely accommodating to my general laziness about the whole thing - can't tell you how many times I put him off! He was not obtrusive in any way, but when I said "call me in two weeks" that is exactly what he did. Several times. He is very low key and professional. In the end we finally got together and today I picked up a new Infiniti Q50 on a terrific lease deal. I caused this purchase to be way more complicated than usual because the car I initially picked, bought, and put a deposit on didn't have a couple of option packages that I eventually decided I couldn't live without. So, two days after putting down a deposit I called Andy and let him know I really wanted a different car. Absolutely no problem, no grumbles, no pressure to take the first car. Just "sure, no problem". He transferred the deposit and gave me just as good a deal on the other car. We were able to do the whole thing on the phone including the final price negotiation with Steven Walder, the business manager. So I didn't have to go the dealership again until I picked up the car, which was very convenient for me. I won't tell you what I paid for the car - actually Capitalized Cost since I leased - but I will say that I shopped around and I am sure I got a great deal, and that I paid well under the area average for this car. At the same time, I was not trying to steal the car, as my POV is that car dealers have to eat too. So I got a good deal and they made what I think is a fair profit on the car. When I went to finalize the paperwork and pick up the car there was none of usual high pressure nonsense from either Andy or Steven to get me to buy dealer add-ons. Also, they have a new computerized system that condensed what used to be piles of signed lease papers down to a few minutes and a couple of signatures on a computer pad. It's faster and more convenient than the old way. Steven went out of his way to explain every number on the lease contract. He even pulled up another screen to show me the money factor (roughly equivalent to interest on a lease). If you read around you'll find that dealers are not required to disclose this an many don't, which makes it difficult to insure the lease calculations are correct. In this case I was able to independently verify that the deal I thought I was getting was in fact the deal I got. The dealership offers free scheduled maintenance for the first year and they set up the first appointment for me at a time that fit my needs. Sure, they want to get you into the habit of maintaining the car in their shop, but in the meantime in 30 years of buying new cars it's the first time anybody offered to schedule the first appointment so I didn't have to remember to do it later. And for the first year anyway, free is free. These new cars have a lot of tech, and when I picked up the car Andy spent over an hour going over every aspect of the car's operation with me. Every switch, button, and touch function. He got my phone linked up for calls and audio (Bluetooth) playback, and and set my personal preferences for the steering response and transmission mode. That's the thing about these guys. They do what they say they are going to do and they are very thorough. My last car was also a lease and my past experience with other dealers - particularly one that sells that Bavarian auto of great renown - is that the end of the lease comes with a big "excess wear" price tag. My car was in good but nowhere near perfect condition, with something like six or seven scratches / nicks / small dents etc. I was charged nothing for excess wear. The dealership is modern and well staffed. They obviously go out of their way to train their staff. The dealership is very clean. Even the sitting room for the service area is clean, not grimy as is often the case. They have an actual human being who answers the phone and she is always very pleasant and calls me by name. Overall I had a very pleasant buying experience, from nice people. If you're looking for a new Infiniti, give Salerno Duane a try. This is the second car that I purchased from them, and it probably won't be my last. More
