Louis is very knowledgeable about the Infiniti product and provides quality customer service, timely follow-up, and works tirelessly to get the customer the best deal with no pressure. He is personable, conscientious and makes the leasing experience pleasant and seamless. Steven is warm, knowledgeable, efficient and detailed in explaining the financial aspect of the lease agreement. I really enjoy meeting with him. Allie is always willing to accommodate the customer based on their availability. She has excellent follow-up, thoroughly explains the service issues and is very knowledgeable about the Infiniti product. Betsy Starch, the sales rep I met with, came across as a warm and welcoming professional eager to answer all of my concerns about buying a CPO automobile (my first). I didn’t think I was going to be able to afford a Q50 but Scott did some research and found out my company was part of a Infiniti VPP program that help lower the price drastically. He was also the only salesman I worked with who was very responsive over email. Overall this was the most painless car shopping experience I ever had.
