Scott was extremely patient, and accommodating while we were struggling with what we really wanted in our new car versus what we could afford in our new car for the family. We liked his plain, simple, and honest approach. Being a customer advocate, Scott tried sincerely to identify all sorts of ways and bundled them up for us to ultimately afford the car that we want, not to mention those cost saving ideas that we normally wouldn’t know. We felt that he has really looked out for our interests while he exhibited a high degree of professionalism in his line of business. We had come with the expectation that Salerno-Duane would simply be another highway car sales operation, but ended up leaving with our new car at the end with satisfaction that we could not hide from the smiles on our faces. We deeply appreciated the feeling of being treated like family by Scott. I will certainly refer my friends and family, and recommend anyone who are interested in an Infiniti to Scott. The picture of Scott’s 3-year daughter on his desk reminded us of our 3-year old in our own family. He understands what a growing family needs. Perhaps Scott wouldn’t join us for a family dinner, but we thought at the least we could post our experience dealing with Scott at Salerno-Duane Infiniti to offer him a little bragging right from us.
