He made the experience so comfortable and easy going for my dad that when I decided I was ready to take on my first car payment, 2 weeks later I went right back to Bill. Again, Bill took the time to open and test drive every car that interested me to make sure I too was getting everything I wanted in my Infinti. I did not have to settle for anything and drove away with exactly what I wanted. Everyone at Salerno Duane made us feel so comfortable and at home that I will go to this Infinti dealership for my maintenance and anything else I need despite it being 40 minutes away from home. The customer service is amazing. Bill is great, so I recommend going to him to help you find your ideal car. We ended up purchasing a QX60 and we absolutely love it! The experience was pleasant and we got our car that day. Danielle took the time to sit with me and go over all of the cars features and to answer all of my questions. I was most impressed with the fact that they were closing up to head over to the company holiday party and as her co-workers walked by in the parking lot, she still asked me if I had any other questions. At no point did I fell rushed and I am sure she wanted to get out of there too. The professionalism of the staff was definitely noticed and appreciated.
