SATISFIED CUSTOMER FIRST I MUST SAY MY SALES REP BETSY WAS AWESOME, SHE REALLY TOOK CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ANOTHER LEVEL ABOVE AND BEYOND MY WILDEST EXPECTATIONS . I HAD A FIRST I MUST SAY MY SALES REP BETSY WAS AWESOME, SHE REALLY TOOK CUSTOMER SERVICE TO ANOTHER LEVEL ABOVE AND BEYOND MY WILDEST EXPECTATIONS . I HAD ALREADY BEEN APPROVED BY MY CREDIT UNION SO NO PROBLEMS THERE. HOWEVER MY INSURANCE COMPANY WAS BEING DIFFICULT. I WAS NOT ALLOWED TO OBTAIN THE PROPER INSURANCE OVER THE PHONE EVEN THOUGH I WAS ALREADY A CURRENT CLIENT. MY INSURANCE COMPANY DIDN'T CARE THAT I HAD DRIVEN (2) HRS TO GET THIS VEHICLE, I STILL HAD TO DRIVE BACK TO SIGN AND PAY IN PERSON BEFORE THEY WOULD APPROVE FOR ME TO GET A TEMP TAG. BETSY WAS VERY UNDERSTANDING AND HAD EVEN SUGGESTED OTHER INSURANCE OPTIONS. THE VEHICLE WAS ALREADY MINES, SO I HAD DRIVEN BACK AND PICKED UP THE NEXT DAY. THINGS NEVER GO EASY FOR ME, I HAD A FLAT TIRE WHEN I PULLED IN THE LOT AND MY NEWBORN SON AND COUSIN WITH ME. BETSY AGAIN SHOWED EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OFFERED THEIR OWN SERVICE ON A CAR THAT WASN'T EVEN ONE OF THEIR OWN. FIXED MY FLAT FOR FREE WHILE I FINALIZED MY PAPER WORK AND SENT ME OFF WITH A SMILE. THE ONLY THING I DIDN'T RECEIVE WAS A MAINTENANCE HISTORY REPORT FOR MY USED FX35. OTHER THAN THAT IT WAS A WELL WORTH EXPERIENCE. More
