In my 30+ years of buying cars, he was without a doubt one of the most professional and straight forward I've ever encountered. While we were planning on buying a car In a couple of months, Scott and Salerno Duane made it such a good experience we bought the QX60 that same day. Honestly we came in excited about the car and were likely to end up buying it in time. However, given the experience and how much my wife loved the car, we couldn't be happier now that we just picked it up last night. Overall, an outstanding experience.
