We had an EXCELLENT experience with Genesis of Cumming! Jamie Pak went over and above to understand our needs, and thoroughly explained each cars features. She was so kind and caring when I couldn’t make our appt work, and through the entire process. She and Keith (GSM) stayed late with us two evenings last week, and never made us feel unwelcome. No pushy sales pitches or calling repeatedly. Everyone gave us time to make the best choice for our family, and were available when we were ready to purchase. Visited a couple of dealerships, but my husband and I were very impressed with Genesis of Cumming on Peachtree Parkway. Shawn Huger was fabulous, answering all our questions and giving us a better deal o were very impressed with Genesis of Cumming on Peachtree Parkway.
