Was interested in trading our '21 BMW X5 toward purchase of a '23 GV80. I worked with both Rahsaan (Shawn) Huger (Sales) and also had interaction with Derek Langley (Finance) at Genesis of Cumming. Both were very professional to work with. Both were extremely professional, knowledgeable and wanted me to test drive the GV80 without any hard sell or pressure. Shawn was key as we navigated through all aspects within the details of the trade and purchase agreement. The end result of which created a very positive buying experience. I would and will recommend family and friends to reach out to Shawn if they are in need of a vehicle going forward.
