Genesis of Corona

We had a flat tyre near LA over the weekend and had to stay an extra night. Costco did not have the same tyre model and we were worried the trip would extend 2-3 days more. Mayra gave us an appointment on stay an extra night. Costco did not have the same tyre model and we were worried the trip would extend 2-3 days more. Mayra gave us an appointment on the same day and also helped with the Service. We were on the way back to Bay Area without any further delay. I'm giving it 4 stars because in the past i have had an extremly bad experience with Hyundai of Corona which is linked with this dealer.. I needed to get service on my Genesis and i actually called Cerrito extremly bad experience with Hyundai of Corona which is linked with this dealer.. I needed to get service on my Genesis and i actually called Cerritos but they were booked and redirected me to Corona... To my pleasant surprise my experience this time was very professional and one i expect from the Genesis brand.. Hoping this continues next time i need service ill change it to 5 star... Getting 4 coming from 1 star is a big change and sounds like they are taking reviews seriously and making the right change. More
