Joe is thoroughly knowledgeable, detail oriented and extremely customer service oriented. What a pleasure to deal with someone like that, especially these days. All the paperwork and finances were handled by Robert Poulos. Robert was also extremely detail oriented and made the process particularly easy, fast and was very informative. Heilem (not sure of her last name) was in charge of giving us an orientation of the workings of the car. As this can be very overwhelming, she made it simple, clear and concise. She gave us an overview of all the features in the car in a way that non-technical people such as us were able to understand and actually comprehend!!!
