My profession was Project Management and deciding to downsize to one car and trade in 2 old cars and choose the best car made in our most important categories: safety, style, service, and ability to bargain a bit landed us with Artur Plyushchev, and Brian Han at G of CH. No matter how busy the dealership was, nor the heavy rain storm we encountered driving 29 miles from home, dampened our experience with them. The clincher for our decision was their Service Valet process. It supported our need for a loaner during any services requiring us to return to the dealership. Brian was the perfect tutor for two people who never heard of half the features this magnificent car offers. He answered all our "dumb" questions and bad jokes, which we really appreciated and thank him for his kindnesses. He emailed, txted and returned calls through the few days it took for us to make a decision. Then worked so hard to find the exact color exterior and interior we fell in love with. Ann Marie made "taking our money" pretty painless and you will not regret dealing with the whole gang! We recommend them 100%. More
