I was served by Gloria Melgara (Sales) along with Andrew Myers in Finance. I also have to add the Sales Manager into the pleasant mix (sorry, his name I did not capture). But, what a team that is clearly organized to focus on the customer! As a retired Customer Service Manager for Eastman Kodak (for the Latin American Operations), I understand what it means to be customer focused and I also understand how it creates and maintains long term customer relationships. If and when you might be in the market for a vehicle, you have to stop in and check this place out. You will not be disappointed! By the way, 5 stars is not enough! Recent update: Just completed an experience with their Service organization. They, without question, fall in line with the sales/ finance segment of the business their at Keffer Hyundai. Altogether, Sales and Service (Service Advisor: Kenn) have and share a common mission: Customer Satisfaction. And thus far, their service technicians got it right the first time!
