There is actually a Genesis dealership less than 5 miles from my home. This one I chose is 30 min away. Customer Service \ Service advisor was excellent. Took my concerns down exactly as stated. Viewed the pictures I had for better understanding of my problems. She asked questions for clarification. Provided me with timelines with waiting on car or if I left it. Excellence Where I do have a problem is in the actual work that was performed. I had an alignment, oil change & inspection. On the alignment my vehicle now pulls severely to the left. It was not behaving this way when I brought it in. Even with the alignment being needed. Also the steering wheel is not centered with the wheels. By this I mean that, when going straight the steering wheel has to be turned about 15° to the right. I am returning the vehicle for corrections Monday 11/21/22. Sincerely Michael Bradley More

I bought my first 2023 genesis gv70, George Athens was my salesman and he did an awesome job! Not only did he make the process smooth, he drove the vehicle to my house when I had no one to drive it back home salesman and he did an awesome job! My first service visit went so much better than expected. I was able to utilize Service Valet. I was kept abreast of the status and was treated kindly and with respect by all. My car was kept overnight which I was able to utilize Service Valet. I was kept abreast of the status and was treated kindly and with respect by all. My car was kept overnight which was fine, having a loaner already. It was returned promptly the next day. All services were performed including opening a warranty claim. I’ll gladly work with those I have had contact with, they were terrific. The car was returned all washed, vacuumed with an air freshener, windows were very nicely cleaned! More
