I was skeptical that I’d be getting a Genesis G70 for the price I was looking for after so many failed attempts with dealers and leasing companies until I decided to take a trip to Genesis of South Brunswick price I was looking for after so many failed attempts with dealers and leasing companies until I decided to take a trip to Genesis of South Brunswick. I went in there looking for a price with minimal down and my representative Olga Rogers was very open to getting me the car I wanted with the features I wanted. She was very knowledgeable of the vehicle and eager to get the price to where it needed to be. She was very considerate and friendly under the certain circumstances we face today. I initially spoke with the Sales Manager Andre over the phone and he promised me that Genesis of SB would get me the best price and they did not not disappoint. He directed me to his sales rep Olga and through the two of them I got the car I truly wanted for a reasonable price and did not have to settle for less. I purchased what was supposed to be a certified pre-owned Genesis G90. Bought from here because they were the closest dealer that had what I was looking for. Where to begin... 1. They knew absolutely nothing about the car they were selling. Any questions I asked about the vehicle were met with the same response..."I don't know." 2. Even though it was a CPO there were things missing from the vehicle (e.g. rear center headrest!). Things that I wouldn't have realized but they should have rectified. 3. The vehicle was delivered dirty. Interior was not properly cleaned at all! 4. Not one follow up after the purchase to see how things were going. I've owned new BMWs, Audi, Infiniti and Mercedes over the last 30 years. I can say with conviction that these people are not qualified to be a luxury dealer. The car is incredible and I love it but my advice would be to steer as far away from this dealership as possible. More

I spoke to a total of 3 individuals from the dealer and I had a pleasant experience with all three. They answered every single one of my questions in a timely manner. Moreover, I had a concern about the financing and they were able to work with the bank to get me the terms I would be happy with. I bought the car during the Covid-19 pandemic (March, 2020). The dealer was very understanding and accommodating. I live over 40 miles away from the dealer yet they still delivered the car to me and the person in the car (the sales person) had a mask and gloves on and expressed care and concern to cleanliness. I signed all the paperwork on the trunk of the car. The dealer later followed up with me to see how I was liking the car and if I had any questions. They are very responsive, respectful, and easy to work with. This was the 5th time I went through a purchase of a new car from a dealer and by far the best. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a Genesis or a Hynundai. More
