Mike was outstanding and answered all of our questions. Dave helped us through some straight-forward financing process. Prior to delivery, the GV70 was perfectly detailed and ready to go. We did have a minor setback when a check engine light appeared. A sensor failed, but we were very happy that Hoffman rectified the issue almost immediately. I highly recommend Genesis of Avon! More

Beware when dealing with this dealership. Their ONLY concern is what is good for them. The customer is meaningless! After visiting the closed dealership to look at a pre owned vehicle on Sunday, I immediately contacted the dealer online to confirm availability. I received a written confirmation of availability from Winsome Schauer and scheduled an appointment first thing Monday morning for 5:45pm that same evening. I then received a “customized” information packet via email from Luis Plaza, regional sales manager about the vehicle they knew I was interested in. On my drive to the dealership I got a call from Gabriel Cruz about the car I was literally driving to buy. Gabriel told me they had another customer on the car. I told them I was serious about purchasing the vehicle and offered to immediately put a down payment on the vehicle over the phone but was told I could not do that. By the time I reached the dealership I was met by Dwight Harrison, a former marine, so I will not speak on my interactions with Dwight out of respect for our military members. I was then approached by Daniel Martinez, sales manager who admitted that I should have been offered an opportunity to put a down payment on the vehicle. Daniel however was unwilling to do anything at all to honor the verbal commitment we had made to our appointment earlier. He repeatedly said “it’s first come first serve, and that I should have placed a down payment over the phone. I stated I offered to do so and therefore if things are in fact first come first serve this should be honored. He then told me that only applies to customers who are in person. I am sharing these details in hopes that if you are considering buying a vehicle from this dealership these events don’t happen to you. I would also suggest you ask yourself if this is how you want to be treated when making a purchase of this magnitude? No one should expect to have such an unprofessional buying experience from a dealership that claims to have a respectable reputation! More

I saw a listing on their website and asked for a quote and an appointment. The car was listed at $ 8,600 and also received a quote for the same amount. When I told them I would like to come and see, they and an appointment. The car was listed at $ 8,600 and also received a quote for the same amount. When I told them I would like to come and see, they said the car was not ready and asked me to come the next day. When i went the next day they increased the price to $9000, saying that they had to put some work in, and since I did not put any money that is the price I have to pay. Then why should they list a car for $8600 and quote with that price if they are not ready to finalize on the same? Daniel called and offered to honor the original price to make things right. The car was traded in, and I learned from the previous owner that he had handed over two keys and a starter. However, I was given only one key and was told that if they found the other key and the starter, they would give it to me. Hence, updated my review from 1* to 4* after the willingness to have the complaint addressed. More
