From the moment I entered the building and even before that when I called to inquire about the GV80, Brianna was totally professional and accommodating. A far cry from what I experienced at another dealership on last weekend. Dwayne is so personable, approachable, and professional. My husband and I arrived at the dealership around 1:15pm on Saturday. We left at 8pm. By the time we left we felt like Dwayne was a part of the family. He asked what I was looking for in the car and he didn’t stop until my every GV80 need was met. I told him the exterior color and the interior. He even let me see options that I never knew you had. When he searched his system he found my new GV80, which I’m now the proud owner of. I promised myself that I would purchase a new car for my 70th birthday so I asked Dwayne if he could deliver my new GV80 to my home with a bow on it to celebrate my birthday and without hesitation, his response was certainly he could. As I said, the epitome of first class service!!! That’s Dwayne Palmer. Let me also aid that my financial representative, Lori was also professional and personable.
