My experience as a NEW Genesis owner with my Sales Consultant and the lease process was perfect!! When I decided to test drive a Genesis SUV, I stopped by Genesis of Atlanta one afternoon. I was assis Consultant and the lease process was perfect!! When I decided to test drive a Genesis SUV, I stopped by Genesis of Atlanta one afternoon. I was assisted by Taha Eljaam and explained that at the time I was under a BMW lease, but I was trying to get out of it. I test drove a GV80 and fell immediately fell in love; both with the vehicle and Genesis Motors of America! It took a couple of months, but I got out of my BMW lease. From the day I met Taha until I was ready to move forward, he kept in contact with me and I appreciated it! When I was ready to lease, I decided on the 2024 GV80 Prestige Signature and worked with Taha virtually for the remainder of the transaction. After deciding on the vehicle, I completed the application, approved and signed documents, all while grocery shopping!! Within hours I was approved and Taha delivered the car to me the next day. Upon delivery he completed the walk-thru and demos, paired my iPhone with Bluetooth, and handed me add'l docs to sign. We shook hands, he handed me the keys, and took a ride in my new Genesis GV80.
