I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Roqet Michaels at Genesis of Atlanta, and I could not be happier with the experience. Roqet took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and guided me through the options with patience and expertise. Unlike other sales professionals I have encountered, Roqet was never pushy or overbearing. Instead, he provided honest insights and valuable advice, making me feel confident and informed in my decision-making process. I never felt rushed or pressured, which made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. What impressed me the most about Roqet was his enthusiasm, energy, ability to listen, responsiveness [he replied immediately to calls, emails, and texts), and his warm humor and laughter. Equally important, it was easy to discern that Roqet is well respected and valued by his peers, and the leadership and ownership at Genesis of Atlanta. Roqet cared about my satisfaction. Even after the purchase, Roqet continued to offer excellent support and advocacy. I will not share the details but months after my purchase, unfortunately, I did not receive great maintenance service from 2 other Genesis dealerships that were closer to my residency. When I shared with Roqet the horrible experience, although it was not his fault or doing, he apologized for my bad experience at the other dealerships, and told me not to worry because he would have me taken care of at Genesis of Atlanta. The next day my vehicle was take to Genesis of Atlanta, and Roqet personally facilitated the care needs of my vehicle in a way that was incredibly impressive and heart-felt—he took full care of me and made me whole again. He treated me like family. Above all, Roqet is caring, thoughtful, genuine, and just a darn good human being! Undoubtedly, Roqet is the best auto sales professional who I have ever encountered and I plan to only work with him on my future Genesis car purchases.
