Despite this unfortunate technological road bump, Macloskie kept the ball rolling via email and telephone calls, always making himself available to answer my questions and provide detailed information, Macloskie never skipped a beat! Once all the pre-purchase independent formalities we scheduled and completed, the deal was finalized and I made travel arrangements to ATL. Upon my arrival I was warmly welcomed by Macloskie and the Genesis team and treated like they were excited and very proud to have me as the newest member of the Genesis family not just customer # 193752849. In the vehicle walk thru, Macloskie was very thorough and has an extreme level of attention to detail which I appreciated. The next day my vehicle was take to Genesis of Atlanta, and Roqet personally facilitated the care needs of my vehicle in a way that was incredibly impressive and heart-felt—he took full care of me and made me whole again. He treated me like family. Above all, Roqet is caring, thoughtful, genuine, and just a darn good human being!
