Despite this unfortunate technological road bump, Macloskie kept the ball rolling via email and telephone calls, always making himself available to answer my questions and provide detailed information, Macloskie never skipped a beat! Once all the pre-purchase independent formalities we scheduled and completed, the deal was finalized and I made travel arrangements to ATL. The next day my vehicle was take to Genesis of Atlanta, and Roqet personally facilitated the care needs of my vehicle in a way that was incredibly impressive and heart-felt—he took full care of me and made me whole again. He treated me like family. Above all, Roqet is caring, thoughtful, genuine, and just a darn good human being! Undoubtedly, Roqet is the best auto sales professional who I have ever encountered and I plan to only work with him on my future Genesis car purchases.
