I stopped into the dealership a few months ago, but it was mostly out of curiosity and spoke to a sales person there, Olivia Nolan. On Wednesday of this week, 4 months later, I went back and Olivia rememb was mostly out of curiosity and spoke to a sales person there, Olivia Nolan. On Wednesday of this week, 4 months later, I went back and Olivia remembered me. I was interested in the GV 80 and Olivia explained to me the different incentives, models and trims. Olivia was very patient and thorough and at no time did I feel pressured or rushed. Needless to say, I drove the car home the next day and have been very happy with it. I have even had some questions that I would call Olivia for, and she would answer them, never making me feel like I was being a nuisance or a bother. I would highly recommend Genesis of Albany and Olivia Nolan as the sales consultant. More
I don’t usually like going to car dealerships because I find the process of buying a new car stressful. The people at Genesis Albany were easy to work with and made it so much better. There were some problems with the delivery of the vehicle I was expecting from the port. My sales person, Farhan, was great at dealing with the problems (that were not the dealership’s fault). The staff were friendly, low key and very easy to work with. My sales rep Olivia Sanger was a pleasure to deal with which is often not the case with sales people. I literally went from test drive on Saturday to pick up on Tuesday. She was honest, knowledgeable and a credit to the dealership. In fact everyone I met there were genuinely nice and helpful. The process was effortless and the g70 isn’t bad either. Would definitely recommend the dealership and Olivia and I hope Olivia is around in 4 or 5 years when I get my g80 hybrid More

My daughter found her dream car online, so I emailed the dealership. Immediately, I made clear that we needed the car on August 17 at 10 AM. The day before, they asked me to come at 1 PM, at which point I i dealership. Immediately, I made clear that we needed the car on August 17 at 10 AM. The day before, they asked me to come at 1 PM, at which point I informed them that that was not possible and I would’ve been more adaptable had they not waited until the day before. To be nice, we gave them an extra hour and arrived at 11. It’s been 120 minutes, the car is still not ready, and we haven’t even been presented with papers. But even worse is the fact that the car has 1000 more miles than was listed and about 10 to 15 dents and scratches. Plus something falling off the undercarriage. Nowhere online and at no point during my hours of conversations with the dealership did this come up. I explained that this is not the car that we agreed upon — and the sales manager’s response was that we could leave because he wouldn’t be fixing anything and would only be offering “a couple hundred dollars” back. Not to mention that the communication has been mediocre, at best, from the beginning; he is the only one manager for this huge dealership — and he is incapable of responding in due time, keeping his own story straight, or treating with respect people who’ve already put down a deposit. I would never recommend this dealership, and certainly not for a used car. And if this is supposedly a luxury dealership, why don’t they have any idea how to treat their leads and customers? Why would they prefer to lose a potential customer — who has three other cars and drivers — instead of investing just a bit more money to provide the car that was originally offered online? This could be called false advertising; it’s definitely extraordinarily poor customer experience. My daughter is absolutely devastated. She’s been obsessing about this car for weeks, and has probably never been more excited about anything in her entire life. More
