Needless to remind you that your credibility depends on your integrity. I had no problem if they had said it’ll take 4 hours to begin with. Then the reasoning n justifications followed and the usual “we apologize “ routine which in no way makes up for the wastage of my valuable time. This is unexpected from a luxury car supllier that intends to compete with Mercedes n alike. More
