Hello Melissa. Let me know when you can bring the vehicle in so we can take a second look. The technician noted that the lights are aimed correctly but perhaps we missed something. Generally, unless the vehicle has been into a body shop for front end damage, the lights don't go out of alignment on their own. Let mw know how I can help. Mark Conrad

Hi Mark, thank you for getting back to us. We would love for our headlights to be normal and function the way headlights should. But, we (my husband and I) are hesitant to bring the car back bc we know it will result in the same conclusion. The only way we are willing to bring the car back, is if a technician can drive the car at night to see how the lights function. The technician that helped me the other day did actually look at the lights in the early darkness and did admit that the lights were off. She adjusted the right light and it did help, but they still aren't proper in any way they should be. Please let me know if you are willing to check the headlights out in the evening to confirm our issues. Looking at them durning the day will not do the trick. It does not please us to have this issue with you guys. All we want is for our headlights to be normal and they are not. If you are willing to accommodate this issue, we will be happy and grateful.
