Really appreciated the friendly, professional and efficient checking in process with Jennifer Crouch. I ended up working at a high top table in the waiting are for about 4 hours but hit a lot of work efficient checking in process with Jennifer Crouch. It was overall a much better experience than expected. Far superior to our experience with VW. We got a good deal. We weren't pressured to add low value dealer options. Our only complaint was that the dealership was very busy and we had to wait a long time for the finance manger to complete the transaction. To be fair it was 9/30. Incentives were expiring which generated a lot of traffic. More
