I appreciate what I believe is the value that I found at the dealership especially with sales. There iare some veey good reasons the last 3 cars I bought were from the Manly Group. Having an excellent service dept is a big one. This last visit was pretty frustrating. The service center has historically been great. Unfortunately they’re understaffed. Oil change took 3 hours, never received my free car wash or th The service center has historically been great. Unfortunately they’re understaffed. Oil change took 3 hours, never received my free car wash or the paperwork for the multipoint inspection. Then my engine shield fell off when I left & got on freeway. Management should do a better job, assisting customers, especially when short staffed. Jennifer great as always. More
