SERVICE ADVISOR COMMENTS: Service Advisor, Mr. Gleb Sinelnikov, was outstanding. He is very professional and provided all information requested perfectly. I was extremely satisfied with Mr. Gleb Sinelnikov performance. Gleb is an asset to any dealership/employer. I GIVE 5-STARS to Mr. Gleb Sinelnikov. Physical/technical Quality of work performed is a reflection of the Dealership, not of the Service Advisor. The BELOW Questionnaire cannot reflect an overall picture as the Service Advisors do NOT control the quality of technical work performed in the vehicle or the overall service of Holler dealership. HOLLER HYUNDAI/ GENESIS OF NORTH ORLANDO COMMENTS; However, in terms of the Holler Dealership must state that it is in dire need for improvement on: 1) Having all require parts in inventory (e.g., spark plugs, and safety recall parts, both of which were NOT in inventory at time of scheduled service (maintenance schedule was done two weeks prior and parts were not there!); 2) Building infrastructure for service area leaves a lot to be desired! Is uncomfortable for customers. It has not improved during since 2018; Holler dealership keeps on selling vehicles, as they must, entry/receiving area is a disaster; since 2018 nothing has been done to improve the service area and I personally provided improvements suggestions/comments twice to the GM, which she is no longer there; 3) Parts and Service Directors are no longer there - wow, was a turnover - sad. 4) Turnover among Service Advisors is astronomical (every service advisor is new with 6 months of less of service; 5) Labor Rate to change spark plugs on a G90 is $280.00 per hour, which is ridiculous. A G90 3.3T, 6 cylinder engine tune-up rate is $1,080.00 - ridiculous! 6) Two buildings with showrooms: one with NO vehicles in exhibit and the other had a new Genesis G70, but it was locked! Un-real! Some customers chose not to provide comments, for whatever reason, but others like me, like to see and experience improvements. Like to feel comfortable and at ease. I GIVE 1-STAR TO THE SERVICE CENTER AREA AND OVERALL FACILITIES. Holler Hyundai/Genesis of North Orlando has a lot of room for improvement, which will not be cheap. To improve proper intelligent and proper planning must take place to provide an excellent Customer Service, Vehicle Technical Service, Ambiance and proper Pricing. And, sincerely hope a technical competent General Manager is hired immediately, as you have none now. More
Drove 1 1/2 hours for a recall APPOINTMENT only to learn the dealer didn’t have. Indication from service provider was I would receive notification when part and appointment time set to remedy a serious fla the dealer didn’t have. Had a bit of a hiccup in the very beginning but once I spoke with the Manager and I was tagged up with Ty everything was smooth sailing after that. The service provider did an outstanding job in servicing my vehicle, very professional and courteous. Yadel was very helpful and took care of all issues I had. Wash and vacuum would have been nice and expe my vehicle, very professional and courteous. Yadel was very helpful and took care of all issues I had. The concierge service provided by Genesis North Orlando is excellent. Yandel was on top of things with timely communication and follow up as to the service process for my GV80.
