The concierge service provided by Genesis North Orlando is excellent. Yandel was on top of things with timely communication and follow up as to the service process for my GV80. Not pressure sales. My wife and I said to each other the next morning that it was actually a good time yesterday. Remembering back to the mid 70’s when I purchased my first car at Roger Hollar Chevrolet on Fairbanks Avenue in Winter Park I put a smile on my face thinking about the experience that I received then. Dissapointed of being waiting for a part during 6 weeks because was out of stock. Purchased a new car to do Not deal with car issues and since the first weeks starting problems. Took my car in for an appointment I had due to a recall. Decided to go ahead have my tires rotated while I was there. They said I needed oil change so said go ahead. When I went to pay they said they didn't have the recall part so long wait and now will have to return when part comes in...they could have let me know before I came all that way. :( More
