The Oil change took over 2 1/2 hrs to do even though I had an appointment. This is the 2nd time that it has happened to me. Holler Genesis does not present as a luxury car dealer. Their showroom is worn and outdated. The salesmen don’t check the lot to see who’s browsing. But the service department needs the most help. Recently my Genesis, still under warranty, was in for two full weeks because they couldn’t locate the parts. And it was minor. The service rep never offered a loaner, and not until I mentioned all the owners’ names did I get the loaner, which is in the Genesis sales agreement. This dealership has no class. It’s a cheaply run business, and it shows. You shouldn’t have to threaten to get service you paid for when you bought the car. More
