Don’t buy from this dealership. Customer service, follow-up and returning phone calls is non-existent. We had an issue they couldn’t figure out but instead of helping us resolve it, Customer service, follow-up and returning phone calls is non-existent. Sales manager (Chris Shimp) and supposed salesman) Allen Hernandez) simply didn’t return calls, emails, etc. They’re happy to take your $ and wave goodbye as you drive away - but don’t expect anything after that.
