Genesis Alfa Romeo FIAT

I went into FIAT of Lakeside knowing I desperately needed to get out of my 2005 Volkswagen Beetle. I had it for 2 years and it had 120,000 miles on it and was in rough condition. I knew the more miles I put onto it, the harder it would be to get out of. I came in and instantly saw handwritten reviews on canvas boards from tons of happy customers. I had the pleasure of meeting Joe Rios, who was absolutely awesome. He was fun, outgoing and a very honest salesperson - which we all know is pretty rare these days. After I told him a bit about myself, he found the perfect car for me. It had everything I said I was looking for, and pretty much screamed my name. It was my personality, in car-form. He did everything he could to get me into it very quickly, at a price that I was comfortable with. Everyone at this dealership was extremely friendly and fun, but equally as professional. The best part is, it didn't end with the sale. I got a call from Joe this morning, checking in on how my ride to work was in my new FIAT. How great is that?? I had a fantastic experience at FIAT and would recommend it (and their cars!) to anyone. More

When we bought the Fiat 500 Pop, Joe Rios was awesome and very efficient, he is a very likable and knowledgable. He made sure all our questions were answered and demonstrated many of the Fiat controls and functions. We never had to wait foe assistance. When I walk in the dealership they automatically make me smile with their friendly greetings, acommendations, and efficeint service. I Love my Fiat and have the greatest time driving it. The service department is friendly and very efficient. Steve Witinko is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. He lets you know what was done for the service, he is always smiling and he lets you know when the service will be done and checks to make sure your comfortable while you wait and it is a short wait.
