Mr. Joseph Jones greeted us fairly quickly and was extremely friendly and helpful. We came in looking for a specific model that was listed online. After finding out that particular car had been sold, Joe searched and found an Optima (a trim above what I was looking for) that somewhat neared my price point. Without going into too much detail about the negotiation, Joe never pushed us to upgrade into anything more expensive or try to sell any add-on's (which probably would have pushed me away). He was informative, and definitely friendly. I appreciate the dealership working with both my father and myself to get me into a car given my circumstances.
