Generation KIA wrote on 12/8/2013 9:18:24 PM: I can understand your frustrations with KIA Motors. But as a Dealer we have done everything possible to help you resolve your problems with KIA Motors. When we received your car for service we gave you a loaner car to use while it was repaired. KIA Motors wanted to repair your engine and our Service Manager Lisa fought to get you a Brand New Engine in your car and we did. We Replace the complete engine with a Brand New One. We went above and beyond the normal KIA Motors Factory Warrantee to satisfy you. When your car was completely repaired we had to call you for 2 weeks to come and pick it up, We could have charged you for a car rental daily charge and for daily storage, But again we went above and beyond to make you happy and did not charge you one penny. You complained that your headlight had condensation in it, It also was not covered by KIA Motors, this is normal as long as it disappears within 30 seconds after turning on your headlights. This is not a sealed unit. But, Once again we went above and beyond to make you happy and ordered you a new headlight assembly. We notified you and you have not set an appointment as of yet to get it replaced... Honestly Jennifer, It should not be Generation KIA that you are unsatisfied with, You should continue your complaint with KIA Motors until they resolve your problem to your satisfaction. We as a dealership have always been here for you and will continue to help you in anyway possible to make you happy. Our promise is and will always be, to continue to put our customers needs and wants first and remain dedicated to Your Complete Satisfaction.
