I purchased my BMW and one week later a had some light shows happen.......I contacted Patti and she contacted the service manager and advised me to bring the car right back, I brought my car back in, was set up with a loaner...........now I understand due to NYS laws, the dealer is required to make fixes, however the simplicity, due diligence and care shown has been AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Mark, the salesman I dealt with, approached my partner and I in the yard. After I explain what I was looking for, he showed me a couple of likely candidates, and when I expressed interest in a particular model, immediately arranged for a test drive. After a short test drive, we sat down and began "crunching the numbers." I left, that same night, with a very nice 2011 Hyundai Elantra. What I appreciate the most, was that there was no high pressure sales pitch. Mark was clear and forthright about everything and extremely helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend either he or the dealership to anyone. More
