We did a lot of internet research and narrowed our choices to a few vehicles at various local dealerships. After two of the dealers in the area got back to us regarding our inquiries, and disappointingly, none of the vehicles we selected were in stock, we sent an inquiry to Generation Kia regarding a 2016 Sorento. Within an hour we were contacted by Yvonne and set up an immediate appointment to come down and test drive the car. When we arrived at the dealership Yvonne introduced us to Mike, who worked with us throughout the transaction. We loved the car and the rest of the process was smooth as silk thanks to Mike Castain as our sales rep, and David in finance. Everyone at the dealership was great and made us feel as if we were family. I would definitely recommend Generation to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

After months of shopping for a "First" car for my daughter we were happy to have found the perfect Used car, that also met our budget at Generation Kia. We had previously had several bad experiences with OTHER dealers who made a habit of not keeping promises or added ridiculous fees to the posted prices after spending hours with the sales dept. BUT there was NONE of that at Generation Kia -Michael and the Generation Team were very upfront and made every possible accommodation with NO NONSENSE! In addition I also want to thank John the Service Manager who pleasantly took care of the mechanical prep, as well as the Detail man who knew the car was a surprise for my daughter and went the extra mile to make sure the car was detailed to perfection.The entire team at Generation Kia really made us feel like we were important to them and Both their words and actions reassured us that we were dealing with a company who was at a different level to what we had experienced at other dealers in the past ( I also want to Thank Michael for his 20 + years of Service to our Country in his prior career with the Navy).
