I as co-signer, never received or signed the sales invoice. After separating me from my Grandson, he tricked my Grandson into signing the sales invoice without my knowledge or consent. He kept us there for hours under the guise of waiting for the Insurance cards. This is a tactic he uses that keeps you wondering around the show room and is able to get my grandson alone, When we sign the loan agreement the $869 is not listed or disclosed. After going home and doing the Math the loan amount doesn't match the purchase price less the down payment. DO THIS AT THE DEALER AND WHEN YOU DON'T GET AN ANSWER, YOU KNOW SOMETHING IS WRONG!! We go back the next day and speak with the General Manager. He can't figure it out by looking at the papers that are in the files. He comes back from the finance dept. with the sales invoice with the $800 key replacement listed on the sales invoice which my Grandson signed. I explained what happened and he asks us to come back tomorrow as the Finance Manager is not in. The Finance Manager writes up a cancellation of purchase of the key replacement and signs it, gives me a copy, and says the credit will show on the bank loan as I won't receive the refund separately. This is fine as far as I'm concerned. I have received the refund and applied it to the loan balance for my grandson More

I was never pushed to try a different model or by any "extras". When I decided to make the purchase, I left her with the necessary paperwork and she was able to get a lot done behind the scenes while I was home with my children. I picked up my car the next day (it came from another dealer) fully detailed and ready to go. Signing of paperwork took maybe 40 minutes. I wanted a remote start put in so I walked to the service department where I met Danny. He was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. He got me a rental car on the spot and said my car would be ready by 8:30 p.m. To my surprise, I received a call an hour later with the job completely done. After only 4 days, I found a black stray mark in the car. Patty called in on her day off to let service know I was coming and when I got there Danny again was friendly and efficient. I was in an out in about 2 minutes and left stray mark-free! So far, I have had a great experience at Generation KIA! More
Generation Kia - Ripoff Specialists Terrible experience! I will warn any/all friends, neighbors, co-workers, etc. to stay far away from this dealership. They worked out a deal that my son could do to stay within his budget, then at the last minute, they changed his loan from the agreed upon 60 months, to a 72 month loan! So now the vehicle will end up costing him over $4,000 more than he agreed to. Worst car buying experience ever! More

I saw someone driving the car and I'm here thinking oh wow this is extremely great service, they're getting the car all ready but no. I was not notified before hand about the car. I'm upset that I didn't even get to try out the car or even get a chance to bit higher for the car. What made my visit great was the salesman Anthony, amazing customer service, he let me test drive a couple cars and even though they were kinda dirty I didn't mind. He had a smile the whole time. We talked laughed etc. Amazing salesman, even though I didn't buy a car he was cool with that. Thank you Anthony. He deserves a raise. Cool guy. More

Friendly Staff but Subpar Service I dealt with Grant, who was great and friendly and accommodating. My issues are with the length of waiting time I endured the two days I was there. On Monday, January 16, I had a lease agreement signed by 230pm. I was told that my new car needed to be washed and waxed (granted, it was very dirty when I test drove it) and would be ready shortly...fast forward 3.5 hours later, and I am still sitting there waiting for my car. That seems a little ridiculous for detailing a car. I have a lot of patience, but I live an hour away and spent my entire afternoon (6+ hrs) off from work for that day at the dealership. I was given a dealer plate and had to come back later in the week to give them my down payment and they would put my plates from my previous car on the Optima. No issues there. Arrived at 2pm on Saturday, January 21, and had signed papers with Jamal (who is so friendly) by 3pm. I spent another 3 hours waiting to sign the rest of the paperwork (the plates were still not on the car by 5pm) and left yet again around 615pm. I spent a total of nearly 10 hours just sitting in the waiting room. I noticed that there were plenty of other customers waiting as long as I was and equally as annoyed. The process simply should not have taken this long; I found it very unprofessional, especially since they had no problem with speediness when it came to the numbers and payment. Looking over the paperwork I see that I was not given the full internet discount on the price of the car (should have been $4740) I purchased. Overall I felt that I was taken advantage of and that the service could have been better. I am in love with my car but am going to ask for a refund or relief of some sort. The money I gave to them and my payment is not worth the time that I spent there. More
