Just bought a new 2017 Sorento Kyle was a treat to work with. The only downside was that it took a day or two longer for the dealership to deliver the car, but ultimately this was resolved to my satisfaction. Finally, the small amount of dread I had been feeling at the prospect of meeting with the finance gentlemen (I think his name was Jamal, but I'm not sure - my apologies) was quickly alleviated once I realized he had no intention of trying to sell me anything as we closed out the deal. Kudos to both this gentleman and to Kyle for making this the most enjoyable and stress free experience I've ever had buying a car. You both have my thanks. More
