We already had a month of research under our belt, so it wasn't to hard for my wife to punch in what she was looking for. After going to a couple of real shysters, she found a used car at Generation Kia. She and arranged an appointment, and went on the way home from work. She wasn't crazy about what she saw. She was not pressured to look any further, or talked into something else. My wife continued her search via the internet and found another vehicle at Kia! She made another appointment and back we went. We were greeted by Steven upon our arrival. We both work with the public, so phony smiles and fake greetings don't get to far with us. He was real. Lets cut to the chase. We test drove the car we went for. It was more like a test journey. We both drove it. Highway, side streets, up and down. A/C, no A/C, we put it through the paces. I am somewhat of a car guy, and I just didn't like it. Clean car, clean history, just not right. Steven just looked at us and said, "well sometimes its just not right. Why don't you walk around, and if you see something else let me know." And he walked back towards the door. Absolutely no pressure. Well we did see something else driving in. He gave us some time to look at it ALONE! Then he got the keys for us, opened it up and said "take your time". A few minutes later we were ready to take it out for a spin. We went for another journey and put it through the same paces. We were gone over half an hour. This was what my wife wanted and it passed my test. Now we were prepared for the haggling. But there was none. We told him what we could do, showed our trade in to them, and they gave us a fair price for the trade in. Came down some more, and we were done. If someone had told me this was how it was going to be, I Wouldn't Have Believed It. We could go on and on, but we could not say enough about Steve, and George (the GM) or how we were treated at Generation KIA ! More

I give xxxxxxto the best sales person Mr Matthew Brass and the finance manager Dave for working so hard to help me. They kept up with me with my annoying calls , my texting and doubts but never once did they treat me with anything but respect. I could go and go and on but if you want a patient , never pushy , willing to work with you until you get the car that suits you type of dealership come down and get a car from these guys. Bought a used car So i bought a used car from them, bought the car on a Thursday. Took a little longer to do all the paper work but that was because of the lack quality So i bought a used car from them, bought the car on a Thursday. Took a little longer to do all the paper work but that was because of the lack quality of insurance services. Scratches were found on the car and had to wait till Tuesday of the following week to get the car because they went ahead and did touch up paint on the car. Other then the wait, the people we spoke with were excellent and did their job to the best of their abilities and gave us a good deal. Steven was a great salesman and did everything in his power to make sure my experience was successful. I would had preferred no one other then him. Everyone is very friendly there and i would highly recommend this dealership. More

We spoke to David Pigate and he was so kind, and very patient. He knew my husband and I could not afford a large car payment. He did the best he could to get a low car payment which he did. I would recommend going to David Pigate for a new vehicle any time. He is great! More

We were greeted by Matt Brass who, as I informed him, was our first guy. His response was "hopefully I'll be your last" and as it turns out, he was. He listened patiently, guided us towards appropriate vehicles, and wasn't pushy in any way. There were no surprises in advertised pricing and actual. We went from looking at vehicles for the first time to leaving a deposit 3 hours later. Matt Brass made our buying experience a pleasure. He went from our first to our last and probably our only moving forward. More
George was very helpful I leased a Kia from Revolution Kia in Copiague . They never sent the proper contract to Kia Finance. I have the car, I have insurance but Kia finance has no record of me. Revolution Kia went out of business right about the time I leased the car. It seems that my paperwork was to have been sent to Generation Kia but they never got back to me.My paperwork appeared to be in an abyss. I was finally contacted by George Routsos who promised to help me.. Finally-- someone cared. Anyway, without going into detail about my issue, I now have confidence that George will get this resolved. Thank you!!! More
A difference maker in our lives When my husband first went into Generation Kia, it was only because the dealership was so close to his job. We had a worn out Oldsmobile Delta 88 and When my husband first went into Generation Kia, it was only because the dealership was so close to his job. We had a worn out Oldsmobile Delta 88 and we desperately needed a new car, but we had never bought a new vehicle before, ever. My husband met David Pigate first, and when he called me and told me he was looking at cars, I didn't expect us to get approved. We didn't have the greatest credit and we had only been in NY for a year. David was very optimistic though. When I got to the dealership and met David I was first struck by how genuinely nice he was. He didn't give off that sleazy used car dealer vibe that we all think of when we think of car dealerships. He was outgoing, sweet, and took a genuine interest in us. He even got our daughter a couple snacks while we were waiting. That was the only thing that sucks about car buying is the waiting, and the waiting, and the hours you spend there. But, we didn't have great credit AND we couldn't do a huge downpayment, so we knew they were working hard to figure things out for us. We ended up with a really nice 2014 Jeep Patriot with payments that we could afford and even afterwards when we were having issues with all of the points we needed to finish registering the car, they let us take the Jeep home on dealer tags so I wouldn't be left without a car. Fast forward a year later to now, and my husband needed to get a second vehicle for work. He wanted a Dodge Ram 1500. At first, he looked at actual Dodge/Chrysler dealerships. He got "pre-approved" with "no money down" by Chrysler Capital and we thought that was pretty great. After talking to one dealership though, he felt pretty good about a truck, but the next day (after they had run inquiries on his credit like TEN times) they never called him back. He was livid. We talked to another Dodge/Chrysler dealership and kind of had the same thing. They didn't have a huge selection of older used Rams (like 2010-2013) and the only one that they did have that we could really afford we couldn't get financed for. Frustrated with everything, my husband was about to give up. I told him (even before we went to the second dealership) that we should call David again. He didn't think they'd have anything for us, but lo and behold they had a couple Rams that were just what my husband was looking for. My husband went and looked at a couple and we really liked one. Talking to David and Ron, we realized that my husband's credit and mine as well had taken a hard hit from the other dealerships who had flooded our credit with over 20 inquiries in less than two days! David and Ron explained how this would look to the banks in trying to get a loan, but they said they would try anyways for us. Again, David worked tirelessly for us. He even came in on his day off to help finalize the paperwork and we were able to get our second vehicle! This dealership is the best. They really do treat you like family. I could go on and on. Honestly, David was and is the best car salesman ever and he ruined it for every other car salesman out there :-D. More
