A blank face and agreed to everything and then followup on nothing. John the finance guy is a shyster. Agrees again to everything and then tries to add in fees. They quoted me one thing, said "No money down" and then when they gave me the contract tried to say "Well you owe $1800" How is that possible if you said No Money Down??? So I said, "Never mind.. I will go elsewhere" And then they stomped around and then came back with a new agreement but then tried to play fast and loose saying "Oh well now you owe for such and such" Whatever you agree to, stick with it and don't let these shysters try to screw with you. I didn't have much of a choice in terms of where to go due to where I live, but NEVER NEVER NEVER again will I deal with these idiots. The worst of the worst. More

He greeted me in a way which made me feel immediately comfortable, and proceeded to listen to my needs, wants, and concerns very earnestly. Upon letting him know what I was looking for he made a perfect match right off the bat, and was kind and courteous through the entire sales process, even during the times I let him know that I may be looking at other options. This was exactly the kind of car shopping experience I'd hoped that I'd have, and I couldn't be happier. Dave was also very helpful with the entire financing process and I really feel the team that helped me went above and beyond to ensure I was satisfied and confident in my purchase. More

I was sold a preowned car in June that the dealership di If I could go back in time and undo my decision to purchase a car here I would in an instant. I was sold a preowned car in June that the dealership did not have the title for. Left with a temporary registration which expired August 1st. I had to call many times to let them know that it expired because they did nothing about this. Every week for all of August I was told that it would be ready the next week and that if I got a ticket for my expired registration they would pay it. Many messages every day were left and not once did I speak to someone without hounding them for days on end. I had to show up to the location to actually be told the truth about what was happening and was told that this was the first they were hearing of this (though I called at least 20 times by now and head already spoken to this same woman) and that I could not leave with my car and had to take a loaner car even though I was previously told I could drive my car and they would pay for any possible ticket. This woman, Lashawn, also continually tried to pass the blame by stating she only started working there at the beginning of June though I bought the car after that date and she claimed she wasn’t the one who messed up the title paperwork as if that is equal to an apology??? I have had the loaner car for almost a month and through that entire month made tons of unanswered calls. They did not get the title for this car until last week. IT TOOK THEM AT LEAST 4 MONTHS TO GET THE TITLE FOR THE CAR THEY SOLD ME. The only reason I received a phone call from them at one point was because I made a complaint at Kia headquarters. After months of fake promises and disrespect the general manager, George, has the nerve to think that I would ever step foot in the location and do business with these crooks again. After I brought up something on a phone call that the manager claims he already told me he got angry and when I stated he should be nicer he claimed I was abusive. I literally said, “you can be nicer about his”. If that is “abusive” what do you call the months of stress and anxiety I underwent at the expense of these people?? Yet he tells me “he treated me like royalty”. Really??? No one has ever made me feel as disrespected and powerless as these disgusting employees. They will play the victim when they mistreat you. DO NOT PUT YOUR TRUST IN THESE INNEFFICIENT, DISRESPECTFUL PEOPLE. The only people who made genuine apologies were the receptionists. They were also seemed to think that because I am a young woman I don’t know what I’m doing because more than once they implied they would prefer to work with my father who co-signed the car with me. I am the car owner and did not deserve any of this nonsense. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! Condescending, disrespectful and rude!!! More

A + for me, he spoke Spanish, so many terms that I wanted to understand, he was able to explain as well as in English. Never felt pushed to buy, kept in contact with me and my husband since my first phone call for the vehicle and was the last one to leave at 10:00pm on a Monday after we closed the deal and that says a lot. Problem Solved!!! I had a problem with the liftgate on my Sportage 2017. The first time, the dealership was not able to find the problem. When I returned for an oil cha I had a problem with the liftgate on my Sportage 2017. The first time, the dealership was not able to find the problem. When I returned for an oil change, the Service Manager, John, promised my car would not leave the dealership until the problem was solved.He was true to his word! Thank you John!! More
