New Kia Soul Lease --- very happy Went I to see about ending my current lease and moving Over top a new lease. Existing lease was with Generation Kia and was very happy with it .. So Went I to see about ending my current lease and moving Over top a new lease. Existing lease was with Generation Kia and was very happy with it .. So I went back.... All great once again. Matt was very helpful, attentive and straightforward with me on everything .. just like I asked him to be since I have been down this road before. Overall lease switch over took about 4-1/2 hours which is a long time to be sitting around a dealership.. but they have a lot of things to j keep you comfortable while you wait. Scott the finance guys was very clear and no surprise kind of guy.. See you all in 3 years.. or sooner to replace our other car most likely in the next year or so! More

My Generation Kia Experience I actually had a really positive experience dealing with Generation Kia en-route to purchasing a certified pre-owned Sorento. Personally, I do not mak I actually had a really positive experience dealing with Generation Kia en-route to purchasing a certified pre-owned Sorento. Personally, I do not make these types of major financial decisions easily and spent nearly three months researching cars, prices, and visiting dealerships albeit sporadically. In the end, I visited a dozen dealerships spanning multiple car companies and there were not many positive experiences to speak of but I think the experience is shaped by the salespeople you encounter in the process. I largely attribute the positive experience I had at Generation Kia to the salesperson Mackenzie Gallo. It was refreshing to deal with a person that was articulate and knowledgeable about the vehicles and simply answered my questions honestly, without feeding me typical car sales jargon. I felt like I was given the space to make my decision and was not pressured into purchasing anything at any point. One of the things I have found on my way through the car buying process was that dealerships sometimes can't find their cars, and many times it seemed like there was little effort by other dealerships to even look for the "missing" keys to the vehicle. Mackenzie was determined to find the car I was looking for and after two days of literally walking the entire lot in the single digit weather, she found the car under snow with the unmarked keys in the car. She texted me the success she had and when I came down to test drive it, it was running already, and warm. I think if dealerships had more driven, hardworking people to represent their company like Mackenzie, people would have a much more positive buying experience, like the one I had at Generation Kia. In terms of the financing, while the process did take longer than I anticipated I was satisfied with the end result. I already had a pre-approval for a loan in place but in order to get the advertised price for the car, you are required to finance using the dealership. I told them the rate I received for the pre-approval and that is exactly the rate that I got on their financing. I feel like the dealership was forthcoming with their one fee that they charge and there were no gimmicks offered or hidden fees added. With all of this being said I really couldn't expect much more from the car buying experience. More

what a great experience! I was in the market for a used pick up and this dealership happened to have one I was interested. As soon as I walked in the doors Mackenzie was there I was in the market for a used pick up and this dealership happened to have one I was interested.
