Wonderful! WOW what a great car buying experience! When my friend who works there said they would take care of me, he was not kidding. The sales representative Don P. who assisted me was patient and detail oriented. (I'm a teacher so I'm detail oriented too, so I expect it when I'm provided a service.) He took the time to listen to what I wanted, asked me my budget, and found cars within my budget. He put up with my wacky sense of humor and even had a wonderful sense of humor of his own, which set me at ease. I was able to take my time to check out each car they showed me and I had a great test drive. Everything on the sales contract and Vehicle Report was explained thoroughly. The car was everything on my wish list and more! The car was prepped, so clean and so shiny upon delivery, I could do my makeup using the hood as a mirror! I even had a snaffu on the way home (heat failed, it worked when I tested it at the dealer), but I took the car right back and they took care of everything 100%. More

We didn’t leave with a car that day but left a deposit on one and attempted to see “what else was out there”. 2 weeks later we were calling JC up and letting him know we we’re on our way as there was nothing else any other dealership could offer that could match the car we saw there the first time. Luckily, it was still available and we left with it that night! If you choose a Generations Kia you will not be disappointed, and ask for JC, tell them the Castro family sent you! More

I tried four times to get thru to a used car saleman today, today I attempted four times to talk with a used car salesman regarding a car on the website. The woman who answer the phones kept transferring my call around. After explaining my frustration and asking for a manager, I was told the manager was not in on Sundays... this is total crap! They took my number and promised to call me back in a few minutes. two hours later, I called again, put on hold. obviously this dealership is run by morons. More
