Mark stood late and sold us this dream car and I was happy he made a commission like Magic., and he was thankful and grateful for our business. Although I am not completely done with generation kia as I am waiting on another Spare Key to my car, and paint to touch up a scratch - My overall experience was Excellent !! Thanks Everyone inc. Everyone works with you because they want your business and want to please you as a customer. Nice change. Our salesperson, Pat Benedetto is lovely to do business with. Pat sold us our last car and was our go to person for our second car. We are very at ease with her. She is very friendly and knows her stuff. There is no "pushy car salesman" when you work with Pat. She wants to her customers to be happy and tries her best to do so!! Jamal was also very nice and helpful. Love my second new car from Kia and would have no problem going back for my third. Thanks Generation Kia, and Pat!!!! More

Ask to speak to manager who told you to come down and suddenly told he doesn't work there anymore?Ask to buy car outright and they change the price plus charge outrageous scam dealer fees. Now about the dealership I give it 5 stars first off its crazy clean in the used car and new car showroom and their lounge area is open and nice. I dealt with a woman named McKenzie who sits up front for my actual purchase. She was very good non hassling laid back and showed me multiple cars again because I hate spending money. The car I wanted was a 2014 is350 which was almost sold but she let me know she would keep me posted. The person flaked and she pit me in it with the finance woman. I don't remember her name but she sits in the glass office and she gets 5 stars. She doesn't hasslee at all and she kept helping me work down my rate to get where I was comfortable. They also beat out the warranty company I lined up by $1850 so ingot 5 years bumper to bumper 125k for $1850 less than I almost opted for. The last thing is on the new car side the first day I went in I dealt with a big dude ex military but nice guy he was helping out on used cars. He got me to come back and stick with Generation Kia. The dude was down to earth again no hassle and he had me sold on a rare 2012 buick gs turbo 6 speed. That was until the IS350. If I had to go new he would get my cobtract. So I recommend the spot Generation Kia in Bohemia and honestly I don't usually like big dealerships More
SAVE YOURSELF! GO ELSEWHERE FOR A CAR, ANYWHERE ELSE! Long story short, no one arranged to pick up my Buick trade-in as part of my new lease agreement made with them back in December 2017. The dealership Long story short, no one arranged to pick up my Buick trade-in as part of my new lease agreement made with them back in December 2017. The dealership did not pick the car up from the mechanic shop where it had broken down originally and which is what caused me to have lease the new one. I pleaded with Generation Kia for weeks to get the car or to pay the storage fees and I would have tried to get it out of there myself. The mechanic was kind enough to not charge storage fees on the Buick for the first 10 days, and on day 11 he starting accruing them. Well… I guess he tired of storing the car for free… read on… Since December 8th 2017 Generation Kia still has never picked up the car or paid the storage fees! It is now the middle of March 2018...! After several weeks, now months, of getting no phone call or any type of resolution, I received multiple tickets and a summons to appear in court (from Ordinance Enforcement of the Village of Lindenhurst) because the vehicle was found abandoned on the side of the road. If I don't appear in court on April 11th and respond to the tickets/summons, a warrant will be issued for my arrest. Even after reaching out to the dealership once again to relay this message to the Owner, Joe Catalanotto, I still have gotten no return phone call. I guess the on-going complaint that I have filed with the Attorney General is just not enough for this dealership; it's come the point that I'm being forced to retain legal representation now. Additionally, multiple hard inquiries were run against my credit report by this dealership. I leased one vehicle, NOT three! My many requests for letters that I can send to the major credit bureaus, to have the inquiries removed, have also gone completely ignored. It gets better… Generation Kia did not pay the full balance on the Buick as agreed upon and as part of the trade-in. Again, no one from the dealership would return my calls or simply pay the final balance. So I was forced to pay Capital One the final, small amount so as to avoid further negative hits to my credit score. I don’t understand how this got to this point. I did everything I was supposed to; transferred my insurance, license plates, registration to the new car, etc. I can’t get anyone at the dealership to do anything to fix this or acknowledge my existence…! Now I find myself having to go to court…!?!? More

My experience then was so amazing I knew they would be my first stop when it came time to replace that car. Today I went back to see what my options were to get out from the high interest financing and get myself into a better car. The salesperson JC showed great patience with me as he listened to my needs and wants and helped me pick out the perfect new car for me and helped me understand my options for taking care of my old car. David Priceman, who remembered me from my first visit, was again a terrific help. Remarked on my improved credit score, found a great rate to match with it and gave me some terrific advice on ways to keep working on it to get an even better rate for next time. Believe me. There will be a next time. I don't think I'll ever need another dealership. More

Btw had to give one star to complete survey. Would have given none! More
