After months of shopping for a "First" car for my daughter we were happy to have found the perfect Used car, that also met our budget at Generation Kia. We had previously had several bad experiences with OTHER dealers who made a habit of not keeping promises or added ridiculous fees to the posted prices after spending hours with the sales dept. BUT there was NONE of that at Generation Kia -Michael and the Generation Team were very upfront and made every possible accommodation with NO NONSENSE! In addition I also want to thank John the Service Manager who pleasantly took care of the mechanical prep, as well as the Detail man who knew the car was a surprise for my daughter and went the extra mile to make sure the car was detailed to perfection.The entire team at Generation Kia really made us feel like we were important to them and Both their words and actions reassured us that we were dealing with a company who was at a different level to what we had experienced at other dealers in the past ( I also want to Thank Michael for his 20 + years of Service to our Country in his prior career with the Navy). I would highly Recommend Generation Kia and will look to purchase from again in the future! More
