Brian was very pleasant and we hope he continues to be successful in the auto industry. We were quite surprised, however, when we dealt with Jamal in Finance with extra charges he said we would have to pay, because Brian's Manager(forgot his name) told us all we would be paying was a certain price, which we did, but then in the finance office we were told we would have to pay over $400 more. We thought things were handled a bit shady and there was some double talk going on. We do like the car very much and hope our dealings with Generation Kia in the future will be smoother. More
