SERVICE! I recently bought my used car there and love it! The car buying experience was wonderful and I already left a review about that! Unfortunately I had I recently bought my used car there and love it! The car buying experience was wonderful and I already left a review about that! Unfortunately I had a transmission issue come up which made me very nervous, as I never had a transmission issue but I have heard from those who have, and I've heard it can be an utter nightmare. Thankfully I had bought the VIP package so I had a loaner car while my car was in for service. The mechanic went out for a test drive with me and assured me they would look everything over. Luann called me once they found the issue and several times during the repair process to keep me up to date. I was delighted to get that call that the car was ready! The hesitation I was feeling upon acceleration is totally gone and the car runs super smooth now. Car issues happen, but Generation KIA made it right. Thank you to everyone in Service for taking care of my "DREAM BOAT"! :) More
