I never received any paperwork whatsoever. Nothing. No bill of sale, warranty information, financing information. Shame on me for leaving the dealer without that, I know. I expected to received it via email since all documents were signed electronically, but nothing. Texted sales person the next day, was advised the finance person wasn't in that day and that he'd get it sorted out on Saturday. Nothing. I called the dealer main number on Tuesday. Was greeted with a very rude person answering the phone. She transferred me to someone who answered and had no idea who I was or what I was calling about. I repeated the request (always a great sign of internal communication and customer service) and that person transferred me to a generic voicemail with no greeting whatsoever. I left a message, even though I have no idea who I left it for. I get a return voicemail saying they are going to mail documents or I can come pick them up. These were digital documents. Over a week later and still no documents. I guess I thought purchasing a 35k vehicle and financing 40k through the dealer would warrant some kind of attention after walking out the door. I should have known better. More
Went to Kia to buy a 2023 forte GT it took me 6 hours to close the deal no lie why did it take so long first the sales manager wanted 3000 dollars over the sticker price then the offer for my trade in was 2 close the deal no lie why did it take so long first the sales manager wanted 3000 dollars over the sticker price then the offer for my trade in was 2000 dollars below what I expected than there was a problem with the dmv and they also did not want to offer the full incentive offered by Kia luckily I had a wonderful sales person named patty Benedetto and she said she would try to get a better deal and she did I paid 1000 dollars over the sticker price with 2.9 financing not great but still acceptable for such a nice car I also would like to thank the finance manager Jason Merritt who made all the paperwork stress free if it wasn’t for these two helpful wonderful people I would not have purchased this car it was a pleasure working with them thanks for their hard work getting me this car More
I just leased a 2023 Forte GT line . Patty Benedetto was the salesperson. She was excellent to say the least . I don't normally write reviews, but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised how smooth my auto finance went with Generation Kia. I personally dealt with Jillian (Sales Manager) who assured me that we would make my deal happen and the finishing touches were made by Nicole in finance who was a wealth of knowledge. I drove an hour and a half to pick up my GMC Yukon Denali from Generation Kia and I must say that they did not disappoint. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great price and people that will truly work with you to find an affordable solution for your auto needs. More

After a year and a half of dealing with this, I was informed that the engine was shot and informed I would be getting a replacement. Warranty company claims the engine issue was owner neglect and denied my claim. Tried getting in touch with GM Joe Catalanatto, but he is a shyster. Will not return emails or calls and his sales reps direct you away from him when you visit the dealership. They must have their friends write reviews over 3 stars, because this place is unscrupulous. Avoid this place at all costs. More

Terrible experience. This was by far the worst dealer experience I’ve dealt with. I went in looking at a, 19 Sorento, spoke with a salesman, explained the amount/number and terms I need to be at, his response, we can get you there with a co-signer. The following day I went back to meet with him, after filling out online Pre-credit forms to start the process. I sat for two hours, waiting to speak with a manager. I’ve asked multiple times to speak with a manager, his response, you can’t sit with management unless you put a down payment…this was not part of the deal. After six hours of sitting around, it took only an hour to establish they only were able to get numbers doubled what we spoke about, haha. I left there. Two weeks later they call on Tuesday, asking how my experience was; I explain and they respond with, “we dropped the ball with you, we truly apologize. I’m not sure what happened, but we want to fix it. They told me they can get me the term and numbers I need with no issues, give me a bit and I’ll call you back. It’s Thursday and got no call back. This place is a joke. The finance manager lady is also very nasty and untruthful. The team there could careless of the xxxxxxxx they put me through. I’ve never been to a place who has all my information, then says I need to put money down to go over MY personal information. More
