My experience at Generation KIA was absolutely amazing ! I am very pleased, from the car that I selected to the communication between Kristin and I. How fast addy worked with me and provided great details and information on my vehicle. Everything was great! They even have a cute little snack area with coffee and tea to pass a few minutes in the waiting area if needed. The car lot is filled with different types of car to select from which I also was pleased with knowing that I can refer friends and family to GK. I went to Generation KIA this morning for my 8:30 appt. I arrived at 8 am and was pleasantly surprised when 2 hours later Anthony came to get me to tell me my car was ready. During my time there I had so I arrived at 8 am and was pleasantly surprised when 2 hours later Anthony came to get me to tell me my car was ready. During my time there I had some snacks, drinks and watched a little tv. I went there for a oil change, tire rotation and an inspection. When I was leaving Anthony told me there was no charge for today, which was a complete surprise, and my car was handwashed and my mats inside were cleaned too. I must say I love getting my car serviced here. Anthony, Michelle and Vinnie are the best! I highly recommend getting your KIA serviced at Generation KIA in Bohemia. More
