Joe R, salesman is a crook. That snake in the grass padded our invoice approx $10,000 over asking. It was a used truck. The original sale price information "disappeared". Bottom line, do not deal with Joe R. He would sell his mother to make a buck. I followed up with small claims court to resolve the matter and it is working in my favor. I would love to post my phone number to help unsuspecting buyers, but no can do. Read the the contract, get all verbal promises in writing and avoid Joe.
