Service Department * 1 Star * Will never go back there again. My car needed an oil change, NYS inspection, and there were 3 recalls on the car. I called on a Friday to see if they could fit me in by Mon again. My car needed an oil change, NYS inspection, and there were 3 recalls on the car. I called on a Friday to see if they could fit me in by Monday because I was going away and waited to the last minute. They had nothing available. When i told the person on the phone that I was going to go somewhere else for the oil change and inspection, I was able to get a spot on Monday. They called to inform me that they car needed wipers and 2 new tires. They quoted me 800!!!!! I said absolutely NOT!!!!!!! In all my years of owning a car (Honda, Toyota, Hyundai) I NEVER had that big of a bill for the 1st inspection. To fail me and I was going to take the car somewhere else. The ALL OF A SUDDEN- The tires would pass, they just would need to be replaced soon and all I needed were the wiper blades. $ 66. bill. Oh, what a difference. I will be using my local, trusted mechanic from now on. I would have never brought it in if not for the recalls. More
