If he was not 100 percent sure of the answer he went through the process to make sure the answer was right. He was very busy juggling multiple deals at once and was attentive to everyone. We have been buying new cars since graduation from High School in 1952 (should give you an idea of our ages), have had many experiences, both good, but mostly disappointing. Kristina did it all for us during our purchase of our new Niro Plug-In. No nonsense or the feeling we hadn't reached the 'bottom line' The price was very competitive and thus, it wasn't necessary to stage a phony walkout. She is a straight arrow and really made the buying experience more than pleasant. Since my wife is the 'owner' of the new car, Kristin spent a great deal of time explaining all the features, the technology and the advantages of the Kia Hybrid. Needless to say, Generation Kia is the 'Go To' if your new car is in the immediate or near future. No, we're not related, nor have we ever met. However, we'll look for her for our next car! More
