The salesperson was very nice and helpful but the overall customer service experience was very disappointing. It took an incredible amount of time from beginning to end over 6 hrs. Then when I thought it was customer service experience was very disappointing. It took an incredible amount of time from beginning to end over 6 hrs. Then when I thought it was ready there was no gas and had to go and get it with salespersons and bring her back. Had to return the next day to return my trade in but also had to request that car be cleaned and all the stickers be removed and the license plate needed to be framed. This took another 2 hrs of my time. Never experience this before and would not recommend dealership go in g forward. More

My wife and I entered GENERATIONS showroom and was greeted by Mr Dupree and after telling him what we were considering he spoke with a gentleman peter who directed us to the autos in parking area. Rickey dupree showed us exactly what we were looking for , we spoke with Peter again and he offered a trade in value for our auto which was agreed on a price for new auto was agreed on and within a couple of hours we drove home in our new Kia SX CARNIVAL 2025 . I can’t express our gratitude enough for their helpfulness and guidance in our purchase . There happened to a slight blemish on new auto and Peter insisted it be addressed . This is the third time we are offering our auto purchasing experience on different sites the internet. Hoping this one is reviewed by GENERATION KIA administration (owners ) . My wife and I entered GENERATION KIA and was greeted by a sales rep. Rickey, we discussed what we had in mind and he after speaking with Peter , he took us to the new vehicle storage parking area and showed us EXACTLY what we were looking for. We went back to showroom and Peter prepared an offer and a great trade in value for our present vehicle , adding a generous veteran discount . And in no more than 4 hours we left with a new vehicle . (Note )A blemish was noticed on front hood area and Peter insisted I return at my convince to have it removed . We want to thank GENERATION KIA for having such knowledgeable , courteous, helpful staff that made this a pleasant experience. Have purchased many vehicles since 1955 and this was the top experience for us. the DE PAOLO family
