The specific amount ($28650) offer that you received in the mailer is a sight unseen offer. We don't know the exact model that you have or the condition and present mileage. You must understand that as a dealer we can always offer you a higher value for your trade in when you are purchasing a new vehicle. We can offer you additional discounts on the new vehicle to make up for the difference in trade in value. As far as the "very expensive lease quote", I am not sure exactly how far you were into the negotiation process. If you would like for me to go over the figures with you personally on the phone it would be my pleasure. Please give me a call at your earliest convenience. This way you don't need to spend any more unnecessary time at the dealership.
